Maddie has always loved cooking, inspired from an early age by her mum (Jane) and grandmother. A true foodie at heart, she thrives on working with seasonal, fresh produce and letting creativity shine through every dish. For her, every great event begins with great food.

Jane has been cooking for many years, drawing inspiration from her late mum, Cathy, as well as her love for Gourmet Traveller. With her wealth of experience and eye for detail, she brings a classic yet modern touch to everything she creates.
